Join us for a deeply restorative Immersive Sound Bath, marking our first sound bath of the year. This experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound.
As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in blissful, soothing sound vibrations that support deep relaxation, calm the nervous system, and help release physical, emotional, and energetic tension. The sounds create a meditative space where the mind can quiet and the body can naturally shift into a state of rest and renewal.
This evening offers a sacred pause after the day—an opportunity to reset your energy and gently set the tone for the year ahead. No prior experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow(s), a blanket, an open heart, and your phone already on airplane more or no disturb. 🙏🏻
